We’re looking for a passionate Game Designer to join our team and help shape the next generation of hybrid casual puzzle games.

If you’re someone who loves breaking down games, spotting trends, and turning ideas into engaging player experiences, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on engaging puzzle mechanics.
• Conduct competitor analysis and deconstruct top-performing games to extract actionable insights.
• Deconstruct games into mechanics and concepts and rebuild them as fresh and unique ideas.
• Drive ideation & iteration using player feedback, metrics, and market trends.
• Explore new concepts that captivate players.
• Translate abstract game ideas into clear, actionable tasks for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with product, art, and development teams to deliver fun and engaging gameplays and concepts.
• Outline minimum requirements for prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced team environment.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of product and player experience.
• Passion for playing and deconstructing mobile games to understand what makes them fun.
