We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Scrum Master with strong communication skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads.

Your Day-to-day Mission

• Coach squads in Agile principles practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain high-quality backlogs and adjust priorities as needed to support business objectives.
• Facilitate squad ceremonies to support and develop efficiency, autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with squad leads and promote team dynamics and psychological safety
• Actively participate in the Scrum Master community 
  
  

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

• Solid experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Ability to navigate change, resolve issues, and lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies,
• Ability to build collaborative relationships that promote transparency, trust, and team cohesion, including outsourced and offshored team.
• Strong stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• PSM1 or equivalent certification
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• Proven experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile coach
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
• Change Management experience
• Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry
