KYC Analyst – Corporate Onboarding (Crypto)

We are hiring a KYC Analyst to join a fast-growing crypto firm in Dubai, supporting the onboarding and ongoing due diligence of corporate and institutional clients across global markets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong corporate onboarding experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or digital assets, who understands complex ownership structures and thrives in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end KYC and KYB reviews for corporate and institutional clients
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and risk assessments
• Review corporate structures, UBOs, source of wealth/funds, and supporting documentation
• Assess onboarding files in line with UAE regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies
• Liaise directly with clients, sales teams, compliance, and legal stakeholders to resolve onboarding queries
• Escalate high-risk cases and suspicious activity where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and audit-ready
• Support periodic reviews and remediation projects for existing corporate clients
• Stay updated on AML/CFT regulations and crypto compliance developments

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of KYC/KYB or corporate onboarding experience
• Background in crypto, fintech, banking, payments, or financial institutions preferred
• Strong understanding of AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and corporate structures
• Experience reviewing offshore entities, holding companies, trusts, and complex ownership setups
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

• Experience onboarding institutional, OTC, or high-volume corporate clients
• CAMS or equivalent compliance certification
• Exposure to blockchain analytics or crypto compliance tools
