Job Overview

Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced and highly driven Project Engineer to oversee the execution of Date Factory construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial, factory, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects with the ability to manage project timelines, contractors, quality, safety, and coordination activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Date Factory construction projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful completion.
• Supervise civil, structural, infrastructure, utility, and landscape-related works.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
• Ensure timely procurement and coordination of materials and project resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience in factory, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, construction methodologies, and site coordination.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project management tools.
• PMP Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
