🚨 Lead Software Engineer – Cryptographic Systems

📍 Richmond Hill, ON (Onsite)

📌 Onsite requirement: 4 days/week until end of August 2026, 5 days/week starting Sept 1st 2026

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to join the team behind an enterprise-grade cryptographic platform used by global financial, retail, and healthcare organizations.

This is a technical role focused on secure platform engineering, architecture, and customer-facing cryptographic solutions.

🔹 Key Skills:

• Strong C/C++ systems programming

• Applied cryptography (encryption, TLS, key management)

• Cross-platform development (Linux, Windows, AIX, Solaris, z/OS)

• CI/CD, CMake, Jenkins, GitLab

• Java SDK/native integrations

• Technical leadership & mentoring

• PKCS#11 / HSM experience

• IBM z/OS expertise

• Post-quantum cryptography knowledge
