Junior EFX Dealer

We are seeking a motivated and technology-savvy Junior EFX Dealer to join our Global Markets / Treasury team. This role offers hands-on exposure to electronic FX trading, market analysis, and opportunities to drive automation and process improvements in a dynamic dealing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily FX trading operations across major currency pairs
• Monitor market movements, economic developments, and news flows impacting FX markets
• Assist dealers in pricing, trade execution, and trade monitoring activities
• Support electronic trading platforms and ensure smooth execution workflows
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and technology solutions
• Assist in developing simple tools/scripts for reporting, monitoring, and process improvements
• Perform daily reconciliation, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk policies, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Operations, Risk, and IT

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• Basic understanding of FX markets and foreign exchange products
• Strong interest in financial markets, electronic trading, and automation
• Preferably with basic knowledge of Python or scripting
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Bloomberg knowledge is an advantage
• CMFAS + FMRP certification
• Exposure to electronic trading platforms or financial market systems
• Familiarity with data analysis, APIs, or automation tools
• Internship or prior experience in Treasury, Global Markets, or FX dealing is a plus
