UX Designer

Our client is fast-growing product-focused technology company dedicated to building intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences. As they continue to integrate AI capabilities into our products and workflows, they are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about crafting user-centric experiences in an AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools.
• Design seamless end-to-end product experiences with strong attention to usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Work within and contribute to design systems to ensure scalable and cohesive experiences across products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and improve user journeys.
• Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to streamline workflows, generate ideas, improve research, and accelerate prototyping processes.
• Stay updated on emerging UX, AI, and product design trends to continuously improve design practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably within a product-driven or technology environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience across web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
• Experience working with or alongside AI-powered tools/products (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Cursor, AI-assisted prototyping/research tools, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant, and scalable design solutions.
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and collaborative product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-native or AI-assisted product experiences.
• Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation.
• Exposure to front-end development concepts or design systems
