What You’ll Actually Do

Work directly with PMs, analysts, and C-suite leaders at top hedge funds

•Understand investment workflows and identify opportunities for AI transformation

•Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations using Python

•Partner with engineering to shape the product roadmap

•Help create the playbook for how institutional investors adopt AI

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years in equity research, quant research, data science, or investment workflows

Experience at a top hedge fund, asset manager, or institutional platform

Strong understanding of how investment teams actually work

Hands-on AI builder — not just AI-curious

Python + data/API proficiency
