Job Summary

The Sr. Technical Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile program delivery efforts across multiple technical teams supporting streaming platform initiatives. This role serves as a Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams and acts as a key liaison between engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders. The position requires strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate complex software delivery initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting streaming platforms, Agile software development lifecycles, and cross-functional technical program execution.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile program management activities for multiple Scrum teams supporting streaming platform initiatives
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and release planning
  • Drive cross-team communication and provide accurate project tracking, reporting, and status updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate cadence-based software releases from inception through production deployment
  • Identify, escalate, and remove impediments impacting team velocity, deliverables, or release schedules
  • Collaborate with PMO leadership to balance cross-team dependencies, manage risks, and drive program alignment
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business stakeholders to manage priorities and delivery expectations
  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts across streaming platform environments including WebCTV, Smart TVs, Consoles, STBs, Apple, and Android platforms
  • Coordinate with UI/UX, ad services, and platform engineering teams to validate issues and prioritize fixes
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, dashboards, Gantt charts, milestone tracking, and release plans
  • Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across teams
  • Foster collaborative team environments focused on productivity, accountability, and delivery excellence
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Agile Program Manager, or Scrum Master supporting complex software systems
  • Strong experience managing Agile software development lifecycle activities from inception through release
  • Experience coordinating cadence-based software releases and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and demonstrated success improving team productivity and delivery efficiency
  • Experience working within a PMO structure to deliver large-scale technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Experience interfacing between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Structure
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Experience using collaboration and communication tools including Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet
  • Experience creating and maintaining project roadmaps, dashboards, milestone tracking, and delivery documentation
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a highly Agile and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent facilitation and meeting coordination skills


Work Experience

  • Experience supporting streaming platforms, video operations, or media technology environments preferred
  • Experience supporting WebCTV, Smart TVs, gaming consoles, set-top boxes, Apple, or Android platforms preferred
  • Experience with ad technologies or streaming-related SDLC processes is a plus
  • Entertainment or media industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience managing highly technical cross-functional engineering programs preferred
