Job description

The role is within the Digital Workspace & End User Services team

• Provide technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
• Manage and maintain the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) process lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of IT assets.

Primary Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with desktop hardware, software, and peripheral installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
