About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at NeuroDrift. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, production-grade user interfaces for our enterprise AI products and internal platforms. Your primary focus will be to translate complex AI workflows, voice infrastructure, and business requirements into seamless user experiences that are both functional and visually compelling. You will collaborate closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and clients to ensure our solutions are easy to use, scalable, and aligned with client branding and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving UX challenges, leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping, and creating interfaces that non-technical users find accessible and efficient.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a startup, agency, or fast-paced technology environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX principles, UI craftsmanship, and experience working with mature design systems is essential. Deep expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens, is required, along with the ability to educate and mentor team members on best practices. Experience with prompting GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Gemini to generate, debug, and prototype HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent client empathy, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations with a proactive, get-it-done attitude. Knowledge of AI design/dev assistants and no-code builders will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for enterprise AI products, ensuring a high standard of usability and visual consistency. Adapt and extend existing client design systems to maintain brand integrity while enhancing user flows with a sharp UX perspective. Translate complex enterprise workflows, AI infrastructure concepts, and business requirements into wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups that are easy for non-technical users to understand and operate. Use GenAI tools to rapidly turn static designs into interactive prototypes, enabling quick iteration and validation. Generate clean, production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for prototypes and handoffs, ensuring compatibility with in-house frontend stacks and no-code environments. Act as the design voice during client calls, presenting and defending design choices based on UX principles and data. Collaborate closely with founders, engineering, and product teams on both client projects and internal product development. Seamlessly switch between external client work and internal design initiatives, maintaining high standards across all deliverables.
