About This Role

As an Analytics Engineer at Just Eat Takeaway.com, you will be instrumental in advancing our data-driven initiatives for the Country Analytics organisation. In this role, you'll focus on building out data analytics solutions alongside data scientists, business analysts and data engineers, powering our local markets with world class analytics tools, community building and data management, contributing significantly to our e-commerce success. You will play a key role in enhancing our data analytics landscape for country analysts, directly impacting decision-making and customer satisfaction.

These are some of the key ingredients for the role:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in across the countries to understand their data needs and deliver data products and scalable insights.
• Manage the community of Country Analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing, and adoption of global best practices
• Design and implement global data tools, integrating multiple sources to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Drive implementation of global programs and migrations
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication between engineering, sales, and partner teams.
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical affiliated field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Analytics and/or data engineering
• Advanced skills in SQL, Analytics tools, like Tableau/Looker, as well as experience with relational databases, and data transformation tools like dbt
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment and interacting with various stakeholders
• A positive, can-do mentality
