We invite an experienced Intermediate DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and support a stable AWS-based cloud environment. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering teams to maintain reliable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and overall system performance.

About This Opportunity
We invite an experienced Intermediate DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and support a stable AWS-based cloud environment. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering teams to maintain reliable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and overall system performance.

In this role, you'll work closely with engineering teams to support and enhance cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps practices within a modern AWS environment.
- Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure across multi-account AWS environments
- Support day-to-day DevOps and DevSecOps operations, ensuring reliability and performance
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Enhance Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
- Monitor system health, performance, and stability, and troubleshoot production issues
- Support application infrastructure across backend and mobile services
- Support security and compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS)
- Contribute to cloud security practices, including identity and access management, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust principles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, security, and efficiency
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code practices (Terraform/Terragrunt)
- Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and IAM Identity Center
- Experience with AWS security services such as GuardDuty and Security Hub
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS CloudWatch
- Experience with cloud security tools such as Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Snyk, Tenable, SentinelOne, or similar
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
- Experience with security and compliance standards, including HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience supporting infrastructure for Ruby on Rails applications
- Experience working in backend and mobile engineering environments (Go, Python, Rust, Swift, Kotlin, and C++)
- Experience working within multi-account AWS environments
- Familiarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway)
- Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
- Exposure to databases and caching technologies (PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached)
