About the Role

Are you an incredibly fast, highly organised page builder who thrives on the adrenaline of a high-volume agency environment? We are looking for a permanent, full-time Senior Landing Page Builder & Webmaster to become the absolute core engine of our digital production.

Let’s be clear: this is a high-velocity role. We aren't looking for traditional software engineers or heavy coders. Your primary superpower will be pumping out high-converting landing pages at lightning speed using WordPress and Elementor—hitting a 1-day turnaround time at your peak. Beyond building, you will handle the final polish, including on-page SEO setup and content uploading. As our sole full-time builder, you will own the production workflow, manage timelines, and maintain absolute stability for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• High-Velocity Page Production: Build, test, and deploy high-volume, high-converting landing pages exclusively using Elementor and pre-built templates.

• Content & SEO Setup: Take raw copy/assets and upload them efficiently. Ensure every page is SEO-ready by configuring meta tags, titles, and descriptions prior to launch.

• Rapid Turnarounds: Own the pipeline from asset receipt to live deployment, aiming for a 24-hour turnaround on page builds.

• Autonomous Troubleshooting: When a plugin crashes, a layout breaks, or a web error pops up, you don't wait for instructions. You take immediate initiative, jump into WordPress, and fix it fast.

• Workflow Ownership: Manage the production pipeline with absolute accuracy, ensuring minimal revision cycles from directors or clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Elementor & WordPress Mastery: You know Elementor inside and out. You don't need to write code to make a page look stunning, load fast, and perform beautifully.

• On-Page SEO Fundamentals: Confident handling basic SEO tasks, including uploading content, setting up meta descriptions, tags, and H1/H2 structures.

• Tool Proficiency: Strong experience working with Envato/ThemeForest template kits and standard WordPress plugins (SEO plugins, caching, etc.).

• Agency-Paced Speed: You don’t need 3 days to build a landing page. You are calibrated for fast, systematic builds using existing templates.

• Proactive Problem Solvers: You have a sharp eye for WordPress glitches and the initiative to troubleshoot and fix errors completely on your own.

• An Owner Mindset: You take pride in the end product, its loading speed, and its ability to convert traffic. You work best without constant management or oversight.
