Manager – Operations Transformation

This is a two-year max-term contract role.

KPMG’s ASPAC regional team plays a critical role in delivering our global operational transformation agenda, enabling collaboration, consistency, and innovation across member firms. As part of this team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Asia Pacific, helping embed new ways of working and supporting our ambition to inspire confidence and empower change.

Due to continued transformation activity, we are seeking a Manager, Operations Transformation to join our team.

Your Opportunity

As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering KPMG’s global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation across ASPAC. You will shape and execute change strategies that support the transition to our future operating model, working closely with regional and global stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with senior stakeholders and program teams to drive change and adoption across ASPAC
• Lead end-to-end change activities, including impact assessments, communications, training, and business readiness
• Support implementation across key milestones (pre-go live, go-live, and post-implementation)
• Drive stakeholder engagement and tailor change approaches to local market needs
• Monitor adoption, identify risks, and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Experience delivering end-to-end change management on large or complex transformation programs
• A strong understanding of operational or digital transformation
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive engagement across multiple teams or geographies
• Experience translating strategy into practical, implementable change plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and drive adoption
