What we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform risk analysis (considered a plus);
• Prepare and manage project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals;
• Participate in acceptance committees for requirements validation and production transition;
• Oversee and manage project steering, ensuring proper alignment with budget, governance, and delivery timelines;
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure project goals are met effectively.

Requirements:

• French: B2 proficiency for communication with French-speaking stakeholders;
• English: B2 proficiency for international collaboration;
• Strong experience in project governance and documentation preparation;
• Proven ability to manage committees and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Experience in risk analysis and familiarity with related frameworks or methodologies;
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2);
• Knowledge of IT service delivery processes or related technical experience.
