Brunel is currently looking for a Tech Lead .NET for an innovative and fast-growing organization active in the legal and financial services sector. As Tech Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical landscape, guiding development teams, and delivering scalable enterprise applications within a modern Microsoft ecosystem.


Your responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead and main point of contact for the development teams.
  • Drive architecture decisions and develop scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure, .NET Core, APIs, microservices, Service Bus, and Flutter.
  • Lead the development of critical business applications within a modern Microsoft environment.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support processes.
  • Coach and mentor developers while promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Support recruitment and help grow the technical team.
  • Ensure high software quality through code reviews, testing automation, and best practices.
  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and contribute to continuous innovation.


Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in .NET software development.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture and Azure cloud-native environments.
  • Experience with quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Natural leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and elevate teams.
  • Passion for innovation, clean architecture, and technical excellence.
  • Able to manage complex environments in a structured and calm manner.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business value.
  • Languages: French of Dutch + English.
  • Hybrid working model: 1 day homeworking per week.
