You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job description

• Take responsibility for product range performance across an international territory, with a focus on turnover, market share and profitability
• Drive product strategy, positioning and expansion for a renal care portfolio
• Prepare the strategic plan for the product range to support sustainable growth and profitability
• Manage the product life cycle and share relevant insights with category management and regional sales teams
• Formulate tactical plans with category management and business stakeholders, then support implementation
• Coordinate with scientific advisors, marketing communication, regulatory, sales and other product stakeholders to ensure the right marketing tools are available
• Collect, maintain and share product and competitive intelligence to support strategy and positioning
• Communicate with production sites about sales projections in collaboration with category management, sales and marketing stakeholders
• Monitor and report on product performance, with a focus on turnover, market share and profitability
• Support internal and external meetings by providing technical expertise on the relevant product areas

Requirements

• Experienced Product Manager with a strong background in medical technology
• Solid understanding of business models involving capital equipment, consumables and software
• Experience working with product development teams and production sites
• Comfortable in a highly international role with English as the working language
• Flexible mindset in terms of time, priorities and support across different product portfolios
• Able to work at least 3 days per week on site in the Mechelen region
• Strong stakeholder management skills across category management, sales, marketing, regulatory, operations and scientific stakeholders
• Able to operate independently and provide hands on support in a changing team environment
• No junior profile, proven experience in medical technology is required
