Java Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Java, Microsoft Log Parser, MS SQL, Linux, and Appliance technologies to support telecom domain projects. • Lead technical activities and provide guidance to development and support teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Java technologies.
• Analyze system logs and perform troubleshooting using Microsoft Log Parser.
• Work with MS SQL databases for querying, optimization, and issue resolution.
• Manage and support Linux-based environments.
• Handle appliance-related configurations, deployment, and operational activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and adherence to technical standards.
