Senior Project Manager, Data Centers | Paris

JDL Recruitment are partnering with a leading global data center developer to hire a Senior Project Manager for their Paris team.

Strong opportunity for someone who wants real ownership on complex hyperscale data centre builds. You’ll support the Project Lead and help drive delivery from design and pre-construction through construction, commissioning interface and handover.

The role

Lead project management across major data centre developments in the Paris region. Work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and delivery partners to keep programme, quality, risk, reporting and site delivery on track.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the Project Lead across design, pre-construction, construction, commissioning coordination and handover.
• Manage consultants, design teams, main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Track programme, key milestones, technical risks and delivery progress.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery remains aligned with quality, safety and programme expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams across development, design, construction, commercial and operations.
• Identify risks early, escalate where needed and help drive practical solutions.
• Represent the client on site and maintain strong control over project momentum.

What we’re looking for

• Proven project management experience on data center projects.
• Experience across design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Client-side, developer, operator or owner representative experience would be highly relevant.
• Strong understanding of complex MEP-led construction environments.
• Comfortable managing consultants, contractors and senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme, risk, reporting and coordination skills.
• Fluent French and strong English required.
• Based in, or able to work regularly in, the Paris region.
• Comfortable being on site around 4 days per week.
