The Role

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer onboarding and KYC processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
  • Define and analyse metrics to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
  • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and deliver an outstanding user experience
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a FinTech or banking environment
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to product development and decision-making
  • Passion for financial technology and user-centric product design
