Tasks and Responsibilities

You will play an important role in the successful delivery of residential construction projects. The position requires strong organisation skills and a practical approach to project management. You will coordinate daily site activities and support different teams throughout the building process. You will also ensure that health and safety standards remain a priority on every project. Clear communication and planning will help you achieve project goals and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction to final handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout each phase.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to clients and senior management.

Required Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for someone with experience in residential construction and a strong understanding of project delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys leading teams and solving challenges in a practical way. You should feel confident managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills will help you work successfully with clients, contractors, and colleagues across different project stages.

• Demonstrated experience in construction project management within residential construction.
• Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations and site safety practices.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance effectively.
• Experience using construction management software such as MS Project or Procore.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
