About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates with a strong interest in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to join our growing team in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to build hands-on experience working with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions in a collaborative environment.

The role is designed for candidates who are passionate about data, problem-solving, automation, and emerging technologies, and who are eager to develop practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Support data collection, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets for reporting and analytics purposes.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Support data modeling, database management, and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Participate in AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics initiatives where applicable.
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and data definitions.
  • Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices in data engineering, analytics, and governance.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Data Science
    • Information Technology
    • Software Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, Java, or similar programming languages is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data analytics, reporting, or visualization concepts.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools is desirable.
  • Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, or Data Engineering technologies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Academic or personal projects related to data analytics or software development.
  • Internship, research, or project experience involving data handling.
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub or version control systems.
  • Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack technologies is a plus.
