Project Manager

Join our team as a Project Manager and become an important part of shaping promotional campaigns, assortment management, franchise operations, and e-commerce activities across multiple markets.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, category management, supply chain, sales, and international partners to ensure smooth execution of projects that directly contribute to business growth and customer experience.

What You will do:

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects related to product assortment, promotions, franchise operations, and e-commerce.
• Work closely with franchisors and internal teams to conduct assortment analysis, including monitoring product changes, re-notifications, delisted items, and new product launches.
• Monitor pricing changes, competitor activities, and market trends, providing recommendations for improvements and optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing department in planning, coordinate and execute annual and monthly promotional campaigns, including SKU selection, forecasting and campaigns documentation.
• Analyze sales trends, stock levels, promotional campaigns performance to provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare and share regular business reports, sales insights, and category performance analysis with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Obtain required licenses from authorities and product-related documentation from franchisors, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  
  

What We Expect:

• Previous experience in project coordination, retail operations, category management, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reports, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, health & beauty, or franchise business environments would be an advantage.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Salary:

Net salary starting from 2000 - 2300 EUR/month, depending on experience and competencies.
