Head of Finance & Conducting Officer, Valuations
This is a rare seat: a senior, hands-on leadership role owning the entire Luxembourg finance function across a regulated RAIF, its management company, and multiple European entities, with the Conducting Officer designation for Valuations carried from day one.
You'll be joining a well-backed European private credit platform at a genuine build phase. The function is still taking shape, the platform is scaling, and the right person will have direct influence over how finance, valuations governance and operating model decisions are made.

- Full ownership of group budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and real influence over platform decisions from day one
- Pan-European in substance, building scalable processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Backed by serious capital and infrastructure. Established institutional backing, proprietary deal flow and bank partnerships already in place
- A package built for the seniority, competitive base, bonus, and benefits, reflective of scope and regulatory authority

Valuations & Conducting Officer

- Hands-on experience across NAV production, fund accounting, investor reporting, and end to end finance function in a Luxembourg-domiciled RAIF or ManCo environment
- A current Conducting Officer for Valuations, with a strong grasp of IFRS 13, IPEV guidelines, and AIFMD valuation governance
- A pragmatic, hands-on leader who is comfortable building from scratch, credible with regulators and institutional investors, and based in or willing to relocate to Luxembourg
