Manager Global Product Management - Pharma product focused

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic product initiatives.
  • Be the main contact for CV pharma and other commodities, while feeling passionate about representing the entire product portfolio.
  • Monitor product performance and market developments to identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate with analytical and operational teams to optimize product profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the commercial organization through customer engagement, training, product presentations, and sales enablement activities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps, marketing plans, and business strategies.
  • Ensure consistent product delivery standards and alignment across internal departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle, including innovation, process optimization, and competitive positioning.
  • Support internal communication and stakeholder alignment regarding product developments and strategic direction.
  • Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Product portfolio management and performance tracking
  • Market analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • Development of new products and service enhancements
  • Internal and external product advocacy
  • Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Compliance, Sales, and Cargo Handling
  • Commercial and strategic project support
  • Customer and partner relationship management
  • Training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements

  • Air cargo, freight forwarding, pharma logistics or airline operations
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Energetic, optimistic and collaborative mindset
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be considered an asset:

  • Experience or exposure to pharmaceutical logistics, cold-chain transportation, or healthcare supply chain solutions
  • Extensive Pharma-logistics professional network
  • Product management and business development
  • Commercial strategy and sales support
  • Quality assurance and compliance management
  • Cargo operations and special handling solutions
  • Data analysis and performance management
  • Cross-functional project leadership
  • Stakeholder engagement in global organizations
