Job Overview


Support the bank in the management and development of new projects, organizational models and requirements in order to promote the evolution, change and overall efficiency of the bank, coordinating with the relevant structures of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Project management activities in business and strategic projects for the Bank especially in the Corporate & Investment banking field
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Project monitoring, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (business case, issue log, planning etc.)
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Collection and analysis of business requirements,
  • Analysis and mapping of existing processes and Process re-engineering
  • Organizational analysis for adaptation to internal and external regulatory changes
  • Knowledge of UAT (user acceptance test) in order to have a participative approach in technical projects
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders


Required qualifications

  • Education level.
  • Experience.

  • Master degree in Management Engineering or Science and Technology, Economics or Banking and Finance field with at least 2/3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven working experience as project manager in the financial / banking industry and preferably with focus on Financial Markets area
  • Good knowledge of English and/or French and Italian;
