Android/Kotlin Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modern Android development practices, scalable architectures, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement scalable and maintainable mobile architectures such as MVVM or MVI.
• Develop reusable and modular application components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, networking layers, and Firebase services.
• Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including QA, Product Owners, and Designers.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Hands-on experience with Android architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVI.
• Solid understanding of networking and modularization concepts.
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with the Koin dependency injection framework.
• Experience with Firebase products and services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
