Digital Process Specialist (m/f/d)

You are at the beginning of your technical career and want to work in a role where you truly understand how systems, processes, and applications connect behind the scenes?

As a Digital Process Specialist, you’ll support both business processes and technical implementations while growing your skills across backend, frontend, and server technologies.

This role is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business and technical workflows using Microsoft Visio and UML.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft IIS (8.0+) environments, including FastCGI, SSL, and Handler Mappings.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and optimize T-SQL queries.
• Support backend integrations and application logic using PHP.
• Troubleshoot and adjust frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth end-to-end application functionality.
  
  

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience with web technologies, databases, or server environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business and technical processes.
• Very good English skills, written and spoken.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft IIS.
• Knowledge of PHP and client-server architectures.
• Familiarity with T-SQL, UML, or process modeling tools.
• Basic frontend development experience.
• Curiosity to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment.
