Product Manager

Role: Product Owner/ Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks, taking proactive action to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Provide regular updates on scope, progress, risks, and business impact to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain clear, detailed Jira tickets for features, user stories, bugs, and enhancements, ensuring business requirements are thoroughly documented.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and delivery execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Break down complex initiatives into manageable workstreams while identifying feasibility considerations, dependencies, and operational impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts and facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, data, operations, and other impacted teams.
• Support resource planning and execution to meet delivery timelines and quality expectations.
• Establish and maintain execution standards, including planning frameworks, readiness checklists, and operational cadences.
• Drive consistency in project planning, documentation, and cross-team delivery best practices.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, particularly in planning, documentation, and follow-up.

• Comfortable working in agile environments and supporting iterative delivery processes.
• Technically aware and capable of understanding solution feasibility and technical implications.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Previous experience in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or similar positions.
