IT Security Specialist to Bulten

About The Role

As an IT Security Specialist at Bulten, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing the company’s IT and information security work. This is a newly established role, offering clear ownership of Information security in an international environment.

You will work closely with IT management, the infrastructure team and global business stakeholders to ensure compliance with both internal and external information security requirements. The role has a strong focus on developing, maintaining and governing Bulten’s ISMS framework, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements. You will be working in a global context, helping Bulten across several countries to ensure a secure and compliant environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Owning and further developing Bulten’s ISMS framework
• Ensuring compliance with requirements according to TISAX and/or ISO 27000
• Developing, implementing and following up on IT security policies and guidelines
• Conducting and participating in internal and external audits, including customer audits
• Training and supporting colleagues in information security-related matters
• Identifying risks and driving continuous improvement within information and IT security
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience working with IT security and/or information security
• Hands-on experience working with established frameworks such as TISAX and/or ISO 27000
• Experience working in an international environment
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to identify security risks
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
  
  

Meritorious

• Knowledge of Swedish
• University degree in IT, information security or equivalent
• Experience from manufacturing industry or other regulated environments

You have the ability to drive change, communicate clearly and create understanding for information security matters across the organization. You are solution-oriented, comfortable setting requirements, and thrive in a role with significant responsibility and many stakeholders.
