🚀 About the Role

We are currently supporting the setup of a GIS Hub platform for a leading energy/utilities organization in Sweden. This platform (built on ArcGIS / ESRI) will serve as the central solution for all GIS-related needs within Distribution.

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will play a key role in building and coaching a new Agile team from the ground up, ensuring successful delivery and strong collaboration across business and IT stakeholders.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, ensuring Scrum principles are understood and applied
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews
• Retrospectives
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
• Coach team members in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
• Remove impediments and shield the team from disturbances
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership
• Support the setup and scaling of a new Agile team, including identifying resource needs
• Monitor team performance and report progress to stakeholders

🧩 Your Profile

• ✅ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
• ✅ Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferably in complex IT setups)
• ✅ Ability to coach both technical and business teams
• ✅ Experience working with stakeholder management at multiple levels
• ✅ Strong communication and facilitation skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with GIS platforms (ArcGIS / ESRI)
• Background in utilities / energy sector projects
• Experience building or scaling new Agile teams

• Current team size: Product Owner, Solution Architect & Developer
• You will help shape the future structure and maturity of the team
• Majority of work can be done remotely, but onsite presence in Solna may be required for key events
