Fullstack Developer – Aviation & Mission-Critical Systems

For one of our clients, RSB Automotive Consulting is looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a team building advanced software solutions in the aviation and mission-critical domain.

The project focuses on highly complex, data-driven systems used to support large-scale operational decision-making in a global environment. The solutions are designed for industries where reliability, precision, and continuous availability are essential, such as aviation and other transport-related ecosystems.

You will join an agile, engineering-driven team working on modern technologies and innovative approaches including data analytics, optimization, and intelligent automation, with real-world impact on global operations.

The position is fully remote, with flexible cooperation available under B2B or UoP.

Role Overview

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end software solutions, working across backend, frontend, and system architecture layers.

You will contribute to building scalable applications that support complex operational and data-intensive processes in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java, Python, React, and/or Angular
• Build and optimize scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Develop modern, responsive, and intuitive front-end interfaces
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions
• Work with data-heavy systems focused on performance and optimization
• Ensure high code quality through testing, clean architecture, and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full application stack
• Support adoption of new technologies, tools, and engineering practices
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in aviation, transportation, or mission-critical systems
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong backend experience with Java and/or Python
• Solid frontend experience with React and/or Angular
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good English communication skills in international teams
