Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation, containerization, and monitoring tools to support high-availability applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Implement security best practices, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and access control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline software delivery.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and improve system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and SSL/TLS.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Helm and service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
