Senior Network & Information Security Engineer

Founded in 2020, MoneyPay Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. is a fintech company operating as a subsidiary of Migros. MoneyPay delivers its financial services through MoneyCüzdan, within the Money application—an integral part of Migros’ loyalty and payment ecosystem.

MoneyCüzdan brings together payment, money transfer, investment, and employee benefits solutions under a single digital structure. Through MoneyCüzdan, users can make contactless QR code payments, use digital card balances, and complete transactions using registered credit cards or personalized pre-approved limits.

Users can perform bank transfers and EFT transactions, send money 24/7 via mobile phone number, and withdraw cash from ATMs and Migros store checkouts. MoneyCüzdan also offers investment services, including trading in gold, silver, and platinum, as well as equity trading on Borsa İstanbul.

MoneyPay’s corporate product portfolio includes Money Yemek Card, Money Pro, Money ProFlex, and Money Business, providing flexible and digital employee benefit solutions tailored to different organizational needs.

In addition, MoneyPay offers MoneyPay Sanal POS and MoneyPay Link ile Öde solutions, enabling businesses to collect payments—either one-time or in installments—without the need for a physical POS device and through secure payment links.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network / Information Security, IT Audit, or IT Risk Management
• Preferably holding one or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCSA, PCNSA
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing security solutions such as Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS, and Web Proxy
• Experience with security products and technologies such as Antivirus, EDR, XDR, Email Security, Sandbox, etc.
• Knowledge of SIEM, DLP, and PAM technologies
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching technologies, including TCP/IP, IPSec/SSL VPN, VLAN, MPLS, NAT, NAC, BGP, IGMP, etc.
• Solid understanding of communication networks, firewall technologies, network security, and penetration testing methodologies
• Closely follows emerging technologies and current cybersecurity threats
• Ability to conduct business impact analysis and risk assessments
• Good command of English
• Responsible, proactive, curious, and open to continuous learning and development
• Strong team player with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do

• Managing and improving end-user security, server security, network security, and data protection processes
• Ensuring compliance with Payment Systems Information Security standards and relevant regulations, including Law No. 6493, Information Systems Communiqué, Law No. 5651, KVKK, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, and other applicable legal requirements
• Taking ownership of the operation and administration of Forcepoint Web and Email Security solutions
