Agile Master - SAP

We are supporting a large international organisation undergoing a major long-term digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Agile Master to join a product-focused technology environment.

This is a hands-on Agile delivery role supporting multiple software engineering teams within a modern development landscape.

Rate: up to €55 per hour

The Role

You will work across two agile development teams, helping to drive collaboration, delivery cadence, agile ceremonies, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement practices.

The environment is heavily product and delivery focused, with cross-functional teams including developers, tech leads, QA, and delivery stakeholders.

This is not a pure coaching role - we are looking for somebody pragmatic, delivery-oriented, and comfortable operating closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Support delivery teams in improving agile maturity and collaboration
• Remove blockers and help teams maintain delivery momentum
• Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and delivery stakeholders
• Encourage continuous improvement across team processes and workflows
• Help coordinate dependencies and communication between teams
• Support delivery within a structured enterprise environment

Required Experience

• Around 5-6 years' experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or similar agile delivery role
• Strong experience supporting software development or product engineering teams
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration
• Comfortable working in structured enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills and fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience working in SAP-related environments
• Exposure to SAP BTP or enterprise platform delivery
• Experience working across multiple agile teams simultaneously
