Credit Analytics and Reporting Manager

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end credit model development processes for retail credit products and portfolio
• Design and implement advanced models including predictive/supportive models, reinforcement learning and LLM-based systems
• Explore and integrate emerging agentic or generative AI solutions in lending policies and strategies
• Explore and integrate alternative data sources into analytical models and strategies
• Manage model monitoring framework and supervise model performance indicators
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure integration of models into flows and propose enhancements in collaboration with Bank’s credit policies and risk strategies
• Provide time-based alerts and insights on all model-related topics to senior management
• Contribute to the development of the Bank's credit policies in coordination with relevant parties

General Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in the fields of Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, etc.
• Min. 5 years of experience in the fields such as banking and retail credits, credit analytics, credit decision or strategy making
• Experienced in modeling or development and/or validation of statistical credit risk models
• Experience or knowledge of using AI or ML facilities in lending/financial services
• Strong command of data analytics tools/programmes such as SAS, SQL, Python or others
• Proven experience in model development, strategic thinking, project leadership and interfunctional collaboration
• Analytical thinking, research and analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work carefully and systematically in a demanding work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English language
