We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with strong expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems and end-to-end product design execution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing intuitive, scalable digital experiences across mobile (iOS & Android), web, and desktop platforms, preferably within banking or large-scale fintech environments.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional Agile squads including Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-impact digital banking solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design of scalable, user-centric digital products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
  • Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products
  • Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile Squads to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences
  • Design for complex BFSI / fintech workflows, particularly within SME banking journeys
  • Ensure adherence to design best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, design reviews, retrospectives)
  • Continuously improve design quality through user feedback, analytics, and iterative improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Design Systems at enterprise scale
  • Proficiency in designing for iOS, Android, and web/desktop applications
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end UX and product design lifecycle
  • Experience working in Agile/Squad-based environments
  • Background in BFSI / Fintech / Banking domains (mandatory preferred)
  • Exposure to SME banking products or complex financial workflows is a strong advantage
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large enterprise or digital banking transformations
  • Strong interaction design and visual design capabilities
  • Experience working in cross-functional global teams
  • Knowledge of accessibility and design system governance models
