Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices while ensuring alignment with banking delivery standards, governance, and compliance requirements.

Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and support smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders for backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.

Track Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing Agile culture within a regulated banking and financial services environment.

Top Skills Required

• Scrum Master experience in Banking/Financial Services
• Strong Agile/Scrum facilitation and stakeholder management
• Experience with Jira, Agile metrics, and dependency management

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale Agile delivery teams.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, release management, and Agile governance processes.
• Prior experience supporting digital banking, payments, or enterprise technology initiatives is preferred.
