Senior Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our PL GDO Staffing and Operations team. The role focuses on streamlining staffing and bench management, as well as enhancing process efficiency and integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive project allocation processes, cooperating closely with Discipline Staffing Managers, Delivery Managers, Account Managers, WPM, and Talent Acquisition
• Track and report metrics related to internal staffing and operational efficiency
• Facilitate enhancements across various organizational functions to improve processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of staffing processes within IT or similar project-based environments
• Prior experience with Operations, Staffing, PMO, Recruitment, or Resource Management
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the IT market is an advantage
• Business-level English proficiency (B2+ minimum)
• Fluent Polish communication skills
