Scrum Master

We are on the hunt for a highly driven Scrum Master who can connect business strategy with execution and drive large-scale initiatives to successful delivery. This role goes beyond standard Scrum ceremonies and requires strong ownership of delivery, cross-team coordination, and program execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to ensure priorities are aligned, blockers are removed, and initiatives move forward with discipline and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
• Drive program-level planning, dependency management, and cross-team alignment.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and business leaders to ensure work aligns with strategic goals.
• Track progress, risks, timelines, and outcomes, providing clear visibility to leadership.
• Remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure continuous momentum across teams.
• Support execution of technical initiatives, including platform modernization, system enhancements, and enterprise application delivery.
• Blend Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management approaches where needed.
• Guide teams on Agile best practices while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Maintain strong Jira ownership for planning, reporting, dashboards, and roadmap visibility.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members on Agile principles and execution discipline.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong delivery ownership in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading multiple teams in fast-paced, large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong Jira expertise for dependency tracking, reporting, and roadmap management.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving accountability across teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to connect business priorities to execution and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting enterprise application delivery, platform upgrades, or modernization initiatives.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Operations-driven environments.
• Exposure to cloud modernization, data migration, or platform transformation projects.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience working closely with Architecture, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
• Advanced Agile or SAFe certifications (CSM, PSM, SA, SPC, etc.) are a plus.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
