What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles
• Analyze and resolve conflicts within teams while fostering a collaborative environment
• Drive the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies within the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in a related field
• At least 4+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience working in environments where Agile was applied at scale

• Experience as an Agile Coach
• Proven experience leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and self-motivate
