We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who has gone beyond writing great Rust code and now shapes how distributed systems are built around them. You understand cloud-native architecture deeply, you’ve worked on platforms where performance and reliability aren’t negotiable, and you know how to bring teams along on the technical decisions that matter. - Lead the design and development of critical backend components in Rust within a Kubernetes-native environm
