We are looking for a Product Manager – Supply Chain to drive product strategy and execution across Licious’ farm-to-fork ecosystem. This role will work across sourcing, procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics systems to build scalable, data-driven solutions.
You will own end-to-end supply chain product initiatives that improve service levels, reduce wastage, and optimize fulfillment costs, while enabling scalable growth. Working closely with business, engineering, and operations teams, you will solve complex supply chain challenges in a fast-paced D2C environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & OwnershipDefine and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution across supply chain domains such as procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and last-mile logistics
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
- Problem Solving & ExecutionIdentify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in supply chain processes and translate them into scalable tech solutions
- Break down ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and prioritize based on impact
- Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Category, Finance, and Engineering
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Data-Driven Decision MakingLeverage data to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory planning, and operational efficiency
- Define, track, and optimize key supply chain metrics (fill rate, wastage, SLA adherence, inventory turns, etc.)
- Execution & DeliveryWork closely with engineering teams in an agile setup to deliver high-quality, scalable products
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
- Business & Customer ImpactEnsure product solutions improve both customer experience (availability, freshness, delivery timelines) and operational cost efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or D2C startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Hands-on experience working with data (SQL, Excel, dashboards, or analytics tools)
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain domains such as inventory management, demand forecasting, warehouse systems, or logistics tech
- Exposure to high-growth startup environments
- Basic understanding of system design, APIs, and integrations
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
