Product Manager – B2C Monetisation

Are you ready to take ownership of one of the most commercially critical areas of a fast-growing global EdTech platform? If you’re passionate about building high-impact consumer products, optimising subscription journeys, and using data to drive meaningful growth, this could be an exciting next step.

Join a high-performing product team focused on shaping how millions of users experience a leading digital learning platform, with a strong focus on experimentation, monetisation, and user growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end monetisation strategy, defining the free vs. premium experience, pricing, packaging, and paywall optimisation across iOS, Android, and web
  • Lead a high-velocity A/B testing programme across the full user funnel, from onboarding through to conversion and retention
  • Analyse product and commercial data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimisation areas across key subscription KPIs
  • Work closely with Design to develop high-performing paywall and subscription user experiences
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics to ensure robust experiment design, measurement, and interpretation
  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-quality product features at speed across multiple platforms
  • Align with Marketing on acquisition, messaging, and lifecycle optimisation to improve conversion and retention
  • Represent monetisation across the wider organisation, influencing stakeholders and aligning product roadmaps around high-impact opportunities

The Role

This is a high-impact product position responsible for driving subscription growth and monetisation across a large-scale consumer platform. You will play a central role in shaping how users transition from free to paid experiences, balancing commercial performance with long-term user value.

Beyond ownership of the monetisation pillar, this role contributes to broader product strategy, cross-functional alignment, and long-term platform growth.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ Product Management experience in a B2C consumer product environment
  • Strong understanding of subscription or freemium business models
  • Experience running high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation programmes
  • Highly analytical with experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker
  • Comfortable independently cutting and interpreting data to form product hypotheses
  • Strong understanding of agile product development and working closely with engineering teams in sprint cycles
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong commercial intuition around pricing, packaging, and willingness to pay
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with iterative development cycles
  • Mobile-first product experience across iOS, Android, and web is highly desirable
  • Interest in AI-driven product development and modern experimentation practices is a plus
