The Role

As a Product Owner, you will go beyond traditional backlog management. You will be instrumental in translating real client needs into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. Working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, you will define product direction, make critical trade-offs, and drive delivery at pace within an Agile framework.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence strategy, shape product vision, and deliver a truly market-leading digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Prioritise product features to maximise client value while ensuring technical and operational feasibility

· Own and manage the product backlog, maintaining alignment with stakeholder objectives and delivery goals

· Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

· Balance rapid iteration with long-term scalability across data, infrastructure, and user experience

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and validate business, client, and technical requirements

· Support the design and development of modular, scalable digital products

· Contribute to defining the data and personalisation strategy, including data capture, analytics, and value optimisation

· Coordinate user validation sessions to ensure product-market fit and user satisfaction

· Manage releases, dependencies, and technical debt across teams and third-party vendors

· Work closely with technical teams on integration, architecture, and platform constraints

· Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, using initiative and problem-solving to define new approaches

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager within Agile environments

· Strong experience delivering digital products, ideally within financial services or complex platform environments

· Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and dependencies across multiple stakeholders

· Experience working with or alongside data, martech, personalisation, or digital analytics tools is highly advantageous

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

· Strong problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

· Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environments

· A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to drive outcomes independently
