Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Legal team. Reporting to the Director of Transformation & Operational Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our Document Management System project, a transformative technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Define project goals, resource requirements, and costs. Create and maintain a resource plan. Continuously improve project efficiency and processes.
• Project Governance: Consolidate project information, ensure adherence to the Project Fiscal Plan, and align with Enterprise PMO Standards.
• Financial Management: Manage project/program financials including forecasting, accruals, and actuals alignment.
• Collaboration: Support internal partners in decision-making, coach and mentor team members, and negotiate deliverables and milestones.
• Project Coordination: Identify and mitigate risks, monitor milestones, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.
• Communication and Persuasion: Share ideas effectively, build consensus, and lead meetings.
• Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
• Leadership: Train and mentor colleagues, leveraging extensive experience and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Project Manager
• Experience managing project budgets over $1M

• PMP certification
• Experience in Financial Institutions
• Agile certification
• Experience with technology implementations
• Planview experience
• Experience implementing or updating document/records management systems
