HR Coordinator/Advisor

ConsultANZ is seeking an HR Coordinator / Advisor to join a well-established piling and ground engineering contractor in Sydney, NSW. This permanent, full-time role will support HR onboarding, employee administration, and day-to-day HR operations across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support employee onboarding and HR administration
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Liaise with site workers and office staff to collect and manage information
• Assist with day-to-day HR coordination and general administration
• Support management with operational and people-related tasks
• Coordinate employee inductions and onboarding documentation
• Assist with maintaining HR systems and internal databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
• Construction, engineering, or industrial industry experience is advantageous
• Confident and proactive personality
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
