Senior Dotnet Developer

I am collaborating with a finance and banking company based in Brussels seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to strengthen its internal technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing business applications that support key financial operations and strategic digital initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment, contributing to architecture decisions, software delivery, and continuous platform improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance application performance, security, and reliability
• Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies
• Design and implement scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Perform code reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET software development
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• C#
• .NET Core or ASP.NET Core
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices
• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
