Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and curious Progress Developer to join our growing technology team in Estonia. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and improve business-critical software solutions that support major sports and cultural events across the region. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable systems that directly impact customer experience and event success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Progress OpenEdge programming, database management, and application development
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software solutions
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript) is an advantage
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
• Knowledge of software documentation, testing, and quality assurance techniques
• Familiarity with Progress AppServer, WebSpeed, or PASOE is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the ticketing or events industry is advantageous
